Hooponopono is a self transformational technique that can work miracles…
Hooponopono (means to make right) is an ancestral Hawaiian practice that was used as a form of family therapy. This old Hawaiian practice was simplified and adapted by Morrnah Simeona and has been popularized by people like Dr. Ihaleakala Hew Len and Mable Katz.

My experience has taught me that simplicity is THE KEY in self help and personal development. Too many people start self-development training full of hope and never pursue as they can’t accommodate proper practice in their daily schedule.

This is not the case here. Hooponopono can be learned in 5 minutes, implemented immediately and practiced anywhere, anytime. It’s a simple form of affirmation or prayer (call it as you like) that doesn’t require to adopt a new belief system, it’s not bound to any religion and englobe love, responsibility, respect, forgiveness, faith, gratefulness.

Quantum Touch – The power to heal

I discovered Quantum Touch last December. At that time, my dog was really sick due to his annual vaccine. It occurred suddenly and 3 weeks later, he passed away. At the same time, I was offered a book called Quantum Touch – The Power to Heal by Richard Gordon.

This book described a healing technique that harmonizes the energies of the practitioner and the client to allow the body to heal itself. The author claimed that the techniques were simple to learn and that everybody could practice Quantum Touch.

That’s what I did. It took me a few weeks to understand and practice what I learned directly from the book. I started practicing with my wife, with my dog, and myself. What I personally experienced was quite amazing :

  • Even though my dog did not survive, I could see some pain relief after each session as he was quieter and looked more alive. Pets are very sensitive to energy, and I could see immediate reactions when I applied my hands on him. The heavy breathing disappeared after sessions, and he could sleep better.
  • I had a sore knee due to sport injury. I practiced quantum touch on my knee for few days and the pain completely disappeared, and I could run and exercise normally.
  • Few weeks later, my mother in law came to visit us, and she was suffering a recent Tendinitis. She agreed to experience quantum touch and after few sessions, she was pain free.

These were my first experiences with energy and healing. I had used energy (Chi) in different life situations like martial arts, business, manifesting, but I had never though that I was capable myself to help someone after just a few weeks of training.

I continue to practice Quantum Touch when I need to and it’s a really visible proof that mastering our own energy can do wonders in our life. Even sceptics can see results if they dare to give it a try.

Being thankful for life – The secret to receive

You were taught you should ask to receive. This is perfectly true. And there is an even better way to receive. This is being thankful for life, and for what you already received. This is a very simple distinction, but it makes a powerful difference in your ability to receive.

Because life always gives you more of what you feel thankful for. When you acknowledge that you’re happy with something, you’re expressing your ability to receive, and you receive more. When you complain because you lack something, you simply express your ability to lack and that is what you manifest in your life.

Yes, I know it’s simplistic, but it works. It works for millions of people, why not you? Are you defying the basic laws of the universe?

If it makes sense for you, or if it makes no sense at all, but you want to prove that you can defy the laws of the universe, this is the way to improve your ability to receive:

Every day, take 5 minutes or any time you want and say thank you for what you have. Say thank you for your house, your car, your wife, your children, the good weather anything that you can honestly and sincerely be grateful for. You can do that anywhere, anytime but say it loud.

The more you practice it, the quicker you will acquire this new habit and see amazing things happening in your life.

Resist mind pollution

What is mind pollution? Mind Pollution is simply the amount of negative information you absorb each day that without you noticing is affecting your subconscious mind, your emotions and draining your energy. The absorption of this negativity may produce anxiety, doubts, negative behavior and completely absorb your energy, leaving no place for success in your life.

However, what are exactly these negative informations? This is all the bad news you read in the newspaper, on-line or watch on TV. These are all the critics and complains you may hear or make.

Let’s use some common sense.

How do you feel when you read that 128 people died in an air crash ?
How do you feel watching a person shot live on TV?
How do you feel when listening to your colleague complaining about anything?
How do you feel when everybody is talking about an economic crisis ?

Can you really experience positive feeling? Multiply the numbers of times a day you are exposed to these negative informations through the different media, the discussions you may have about them, and you will realize the amount of negativity that affects you everyday.

Did you notice how I stressed the words read, watch, listen, talking and different media? It’s just to show you that you are engaging your different senses when absorbing this negative information, while most of the time in a state of mental passivity, like hypnotized by television and computers.

Unconsciously and without noticing it, you may have developed some fears, additional stress and anxiety that contribute to weaken your energy and ability to be happy and successful in life.

What’s the solution then? It’s very simple, stop watching TV, spend less time in front of your computer, stop criticizing others. Life is short and precious, that’s a greater reason to spend more time with your family and the people you love while engaging in positive activities you can be grateful about.

Make the test for one short week and see by yourself if you don’t’ feel better!
